Standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to any point a technician provides a service at your place. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account.
