Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer bounded quality warranty lest stated any other way. Shortages by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We aren't liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan includes basic cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is vital that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to know whether the machinery is set to function optically, or you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, our service plan is suited for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an back-up or other servicing or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses are offered via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is combined in your purchase, but more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

For this reason your machinery's assurance info and servicing history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any term on our site or offline.
