Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply restricted attribute warranty on each subsystem lest stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Shortages as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our liability. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Standard decrement replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be worthless and void. Meaning, you have to get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is offered at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless per-approved by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your establishment as well as settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optically. We will not require any cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is normal or whether an back-up or further servicing or spares restoration is needed. Reservations must be made for adjustments or intense labour work to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Principal and/or overall training courses are held via our training facility for all machines we sell. More improved training can be bought after the principal course has been finished however first primary entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A different barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Therefore your machinery's warranty report and assistance history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any term on our site or while logged off. We value our machinery's guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode.
