The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer bounded feature warranty except stated elseways. Errors as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon inquiry.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. The included service plan encloses common cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as standard wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost.
