The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only provide restricted characteristic warranty if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforestated would not be covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon inquiry.
The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Checking and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is crucial that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Basic and/or full training courses are supplied via our training centre for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed.
With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. For this reason your machines warranty data and service history will evermore be able to be checked in any way and at any time on our website or while logged off.
