The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined feature warranty on each subsystem if not stated any other way, along with on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. The enclosed service plan includes everyday cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. A Call-out refers to any instant a technician offers a service at your place. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if necessary, are on your account.
