Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a routine service. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including touring costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary.
