Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide bounded attribute warranty if not stated differently. Shortages due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.
The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a routine service. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out.
