Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined trait warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, along with on the whole machine. Anytime a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your place and accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. For this reason your machinery's assurance report and assistance history will always be able to be analyzed in any style and at any term on our site or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This secures your maximal convenience on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
