Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only provide bounded feature warranty except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material errors are covered by the quality guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Our warranty will thus not cover aforestated. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.
Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. The covered service plan consists of common cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost.
