The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty components defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that within which case we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machine serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when approved by management or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, transport costs to your property including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse including your property.Generously analyze about call out as well as transport costs beforehand as those charges may vary time by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optically. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to advise if everything is normal or whether an back-up or additional assistance or spare restoration is needed. During maintenance visits no improvements or hard labour operate will be carried out and reservations should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Principal and/or full training courses are offered at our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is comprehended in your investment, although more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Check accordingly you will always be able to,in any way and at any time, analyze the machinery's assurance report and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machines warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
