The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only offer restricted feature guarantee if not stated differently. Weaknesses due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Therefore aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to obtain needs a routine service. The included service plan contains standard cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as general decrement restoration at a minimal cost. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back.
