The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited trait guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components defects are covered by the quality warranty. We are not accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Therefore aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan contains common cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as everyday ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and not viable if you do not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out.
