However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The covered service plan includes everyday cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, elseways your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Along with the call-out cost, transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you. First primary entry courses is included in your machine purchase, although more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a individual barcode. Thus your machines warranty data and servicing history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any style and at any term on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
