The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained quality guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, including on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable components defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We aren't accountable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly available.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The covered service plan contains everyday cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimum cost. It is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and meaningless. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, you should get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by the company or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office including your establishment.Attentively seek an answer about call out and travel costs beforehand as those costs may change point by time without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the appliance is set to function optically. There is no cost for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is in order or if an back-up or further assistance or spares reinstatement is needed. Sadly, no repairs or hard labour work will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Our warehouse offers primary and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is included in your investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been completed.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. You will thus constantly be able to check the machine's warranty info and maintenance history on our site or while disconnected - in any way and at any moment. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Supreme benefit are insured on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
