The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer bounded trait warranty except stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your product. Therefore aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily available on demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be null and ineffective. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machine fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out fee will be charged.
