The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded quality guarantee on the whole machine, along with each subsystem unless stated differently. Weaknesses as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan contains basic cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be null and meaningless. This is to say, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or accepted by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your premises as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge.
