Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality guarantee on the entire machine, along with any subsystem unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components defects are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly accessible on demand.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a regular service. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of dual that period. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we provide. During maintenance visits no improvements or intense labour work will be done and reservations should made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience.We supply principal and/or full training courses through our training centre for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been completed but first fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will thus evermore be able to check the machinery's assurance report and service history on our website or offline - in any manner and at any time. Our machines guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme advantage are protected on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
