The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic warranty except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and faulty material weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service. Investigation and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience.Principal and/or full training courses are supplied through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been achieved nevertheless first primary entry courses is included in your machinery purchase.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Check therefore you will constantly be able to,in any manner and at any moment, analyze the machines guarantee information and assistance history on our database or while logged off.
