The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only provide limited feature warranty unless stated any other way. Errors by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Thus aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily available on request.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Analyzing and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as common depletion restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and void if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
When a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would choose for us to go to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop and your premises.Those costs may vary time by time without notice, so generously enquire about call out and travel costs in advance.Whether you would like to find out whether the machine is set to function optically, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our servicing plan is suited for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with advice on if an alternative or further service or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regretfully, no adjustments or excessive labour function will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.Principal and/or extensive training courses are offered via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First primary entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will for this reason regularly be able to review the machinery's guarantee report and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any style and at any instant. Our machines assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are insured on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
