The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted feature guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the entire machine. Defects due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your product. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly available on request.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Analyzing and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is necessary that you get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement as well as traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if essential.
