The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer limited attribute guarantee if not stated elseways. Defects as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't accountable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product. For this reason aforesaid cannot be covered by our warranty. Certainly, damages that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. General wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service warranty will be useless and void. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months, it is crucial that you get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to any point a specialist offers a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement and touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our office including your premises, should you desire for us to come to you.Those costs may differ time by point without notice, so attentively enquire about call out as well as travel costs in advance.If you just want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to know if the machinery is set to function optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will be assigned for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to advise if everything is in order or if an alternative or other assistance or spare replacement is needed. During sustainment visits no improvements or hard labour function will be done and bookings should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We provide basic and/or full training courses at our premises for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is included in your investment, but more improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Therefore your machinery's guarantee report and servicing history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our site or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
