The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only supply restricted feature warranty if not stated otherwise. Errors as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Common decrement restoration at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machine rectified within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
