The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer confined trait warranty except stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a regular service. Checking and calibration, common cleaning , as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is offered at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. At the point of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, travel costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be made by you.
