The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined attribute warranty on any subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the entire machine. Weaknesses by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machinery you are going to buy compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of basic cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your premises.Generously enquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand as those charges may vary time by point without notice.If you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment or want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to advise if everything is in order or if an different or further maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed. Regretfully, no repairs or excessive labour operate will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.Fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses are held via our premises for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your purchase, although more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved.A different barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Check accordingly you will always be able to,in any form and at any instant, check the machines guarantee report and assistance history on our database or while disconnected. We value our machinery's warranty and servicing by using the barcode. Maximal advantage are protected on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
