The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded feature warranty on the whole machine, as well as each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Our machines assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your maximal advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
