The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited trait warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not accountable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Accordingly aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan encloses basic cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as common depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.

The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your place and our place, should you prefer for us to come to you.Attentively enquire about call out including transport costs in advance as those fees may differ extent by extent without notice.If you would like to know whether the machinery is set to function optimally, or you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our servicing plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with guidance on if an alternative or additional servicing or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or hard labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.Primary and/or complete training courses are supplied via our training facility for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been finished although first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will accordingly always be able to review the machine's warranty report and service history on our database or while logged off - in any form and at any moment. Our machinery's guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal advantage are ensured on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
