The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited feature warranty on any subsystem except stated differently, as well as on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our fault. Accordingly aforementioned cannot be covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon demand.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The included service plan contains basic cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed however first basic entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any moment, review the machinery's warranty report and servicing history on our website or while disconnected.
