Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply constrained feature guarantee except stated elseways. Upon request, quotations are promptly available.The machinery you are going to obtain needs a regular service. Common depletion restoration at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced within the equal of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you. More improved training can be bought after the basic course has been completed however first principal entry courses is included in your machine investment.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. You will thus evermore be able to review the machinery's assurance data and service history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any time. We value our machinery's guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal benefit are ensured on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
