The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained feature guarantee on any subsystem if not stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. Shortages due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not at fault for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on demand.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist provides a service at your place. Except when confirmed by management or covered by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises as well as settlement if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to come to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your place.Kindly inquire about call out and touring costs beforehand as those fees may differ extent by time without notice.Our service plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to function optimally. No costs will be assigned for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to point out if everything is normal or if an alternative or additional assistance or spare restoration is needed. Reservations should be made for improvements or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits.We supply primary and/or overall training courses through our training centre for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, although more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been accomplished.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze accordingly you will always be able to,in any manner and at any time, check the machinery's guarantee data and servicing history on our site or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. Supreme advantage are secured on both the selling and service of your machines.
