The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined trait warranty on any subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the entire machinery. The trait guarantee covers defects as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of general cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced within the equal of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. This is to say that within which case we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each time a specialist provides a service at your premises. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you.
