The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained quality guarantee on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the whole machine. The characteristic guarantee covers errors due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. Checking and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when per-approved by managers or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Transport costs to your property and settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. The technicians necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be made by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your property, should you choose for us to come to you.Generously enquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand as those charges may differ time by extent without notice.Our service plan is perfect for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the appliance is set to work optimally. No costs will be assigned for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an different or further assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings have to be made for reconstruction or hard labour function to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Principal and/or extensive training courses are provided at our warehouse for all machines we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed but first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. You will accordingly constantly be able to review the machinery's warranty info and servicing history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any time. Our machinery's assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
The above quotation relates to our advanced model, therefore the focus points, specifications and accessories are suitable thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales representative as to the year model quoted. Depending on lesser performance or minor composition, you will be entitled to receive a 5% allowance on prior models, in which case we don't have the advanced model obtainable.
