Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic warranty on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, and on the entire machine. Weaknesses by cause of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We shall not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your product. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on request.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not fixed within the equal of double that period. Reservations must be made for repairs or excessive labour function to be done at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.Fundamental and/or overall training courses are held through our premises for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been completed but first principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Check therefore you will evermore be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machines warranty report and assistance history on our site or while disconnected. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme convenience on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
