The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted quality guarantee on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem lest stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including faulty material defects are covered by the attribute warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our liability. Accordingly aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan contains everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equal of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing amount multiplied by the traveling distance between your property including our place, should you prefer for us to go to you.Kindly enquire about call out and transport costs beforehand as those fees may vary extent by time without notice.Whether you would prefer to know if the appliance is adjusted to work optimally, or you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our service plan is perfect for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or further maintenance or spare restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Regrettably, no reconstruction or intense labour function will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability.Principal and/or overall training courses are offered through our training centre for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment, but more improved training can be bought after the primary course has been finished.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Therefore your machinery's guarantee report and service history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any manner and at any term on our database or offline. We honour our machines assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
