The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only supply restricted attribute warranty if not stated elseways. Shortages by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Reviewing and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to each time a technician supplies a service at your property. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment and settlement if essential, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. You will accordingly always be able to analyze the machine's assurance report and servicing history on our database or offline - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. This ensures your ultimate comfort on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
