Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only provide limited quality guarantee if not stated any other way. The characteristic guarantee covers defects by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Checking and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and void should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
