Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained trait warranty on the entire machinery, and any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately accessible.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless. Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or accepted by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement as well as traveling costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you.
