The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded attribute guarantee on any subsystem except stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. Errors by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your product. Thus aforesaid cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately available.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. The covered service plan consists of common cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Meaning, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any point a specialist supplies a service at your premises. Unless accepted by management or included by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Settlement and traveling costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. You will accordingly always be able to review the machine's assurance info and assistance history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any instant. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
