However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted attribute guarantee on any subsystem if not stated any other way, as well as on the whole machine. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our office including your establishment.Generously inquire about call out and touring costs beforehand as those fees may differ extent by point without notice.If you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or would like to find out if the appliance is set to operate optically, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any fees for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with guidance on if an back-up or further servicing or spare restoration is needed or if everything is normal. During preservation visits no repairs or excessive labour function will be practised and bookings should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.We offer basic and/or overall training courses through our training centre for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved but first primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any form and at any time, check the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our database or while disconnected. Our machines assurance and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your ultimate advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
