Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply restricted feature warranty except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including defective material defects are covered by the feature warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our constraint. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.
Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost.
