The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted feature guarantee on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem unless stated any other way. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Therefore aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of general cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as common decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine rectified within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest arranged by the company or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the current percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your establishment and our warehouse, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may change instant by time without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out and transport costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you would like to find out if the machine is fitted to work optically. There is no fees for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an different or other assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations must be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits.Basic and/or comprehensive training courses are held via our premises for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Accordingly your machines guarantee information and service history will constantly be able to be checked in any style and at any time on our database or while logged off. Our machines guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
The above quotation involves our advanced model, therefore the focus points, specs and additions are relevant thereto.
