Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on any subsystem if not stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Therefore aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a routine service. Reviewing and arrangement, general cleaning , as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine improved within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Lest accepted by management or covered by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, traveling costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machine is set to work optimally. No fees will apply for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with advice on whether an alternative or other servicing or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings should be made for repairs or hard labour function to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be completed during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our premises offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, nevertheless more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
