Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem unless stated differently. The feature warranty covers weaknesses by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. The concealed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective. A Call-out points to to any time a technician supplies a service at your place. More advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished although first primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus constantly be able to analyze the machine's assurance data and service history on our site or offline - in any way and at any term. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and service. This ensures your maximum benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
