The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic warranty on the entire machine, as well as any subsystem lest stated differently. The attribute guarantee covers errors due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship We would not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Therefore aforementioned cannot be covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Every time a specialist provides a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above plans or accepted by the management. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour work will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest availability.Our training facility offers fundamental and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished but first basic entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Accordingly your machinery's guarantee report and maintenance history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any time on our webpage or while disconnected.
