The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't liable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective.
