The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined quality guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, and on the whole machinery. Shortages due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan encloses basic cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your place including settlement if essential, are on your account. The technicians essential arrangements to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be made by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our office including your place.Generously analyze about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those charges may change instant by extent without notice.If you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the machine is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to point out if everything is normal or whether an different or further service or spare parts restoration is needed. Reservations should be made for repairs or hard labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Principal and/or comprehensive training courses are provided at our training facility for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Review for this reason you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any time, review the machinery's assurance info and service history on our site or while disconnected. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and maintenance. This protects your supreme convenience on both the reselling and service of your machines.
