The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality guarantee on any subsystem except stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service. Checking and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and void should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.

Unfortunately, no reconstruction or hard labour operate will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Principal and/or overall training courses are supplied at our premises for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished however first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment.With all our mainline of machines a individual barcode is sold. For this reason your machines assurance data and assistance history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any style and at any term on our website or while logged off.
