The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem lest stated differently. Defects by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. The concealed service plan consists of standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your establishment and settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. The plans for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are chosen to be done by you. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machine's warranty data and assistance history on our website or while logged off - in any way and at any time. We honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This protects your maximal benefit on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
