The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, as well as any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature warranty unless stated differently. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. The covered service plan encloses general cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. More improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been achieved nevertheless first primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. You will for this reason constantly be able to check the machinery's warranty info and service history on our webpage or while logged off - in any way and at any moment. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and maintenance. This protects your maximal comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
