Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

If you would prefer for us to come to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse and your establishment.Those costs may vary instant by time without notice, so generously inquire about call out including touring costs ahead of time.Our service plan is suited for you if you simply want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the appliance is set to work optically. There is no fees for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or other maintenance or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour function will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.We supply principal and/or full training courses via our premises for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, however more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been completed.With all our mainline of machinery's a individual barcode is sold. For this reason your machines assurance report and maintenance history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any term on our site or while logged off. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
