The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide constrained attribute guarantee unless stated elseways. The trait warranty covers errors as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. Reviewing and positioning, common cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equal of double that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your property as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. First basic entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been completed.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. Thus your machines assurance data and service history will always be able to be checked in any style and at any time on our webpage or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This protects your ultimate benefit on both the service and resell of your machines.
